A judge in Los Angeles delayed a resentencing hearing for Lyle and Erik Menendez until January so that the incoming Los Angeles County district attorney can study the case. The brothers are serving a sentence of life without the possibility of parole for killing their parents. They say their father sexually abused them. NBC News’ Liz Kreutz reports.
